IT Governance Specialist (Ref. 5094/IGS/RS/CY)
The IT Governance & Planning team, amongst others, is responsible to deliver qualitative IT services with confidence (i.e. securely and in line with regulatory requirements), improve IT speed and agility, streamline IT operations, while at the same time aim in reducing overall IT support costs (i.e. more proactive approach to problem-solving, maximize availability, reliability and security of IT Services), as well as improve IT project portfolio alignment through proper demand management.
Job Description
- Design, develop and improve IT processes
- Administer IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Analyse ITSM platform-related demands and develop requested features and flows (using scripting (Javascript) if necessary)
- Resolve ITSM platform-related incidents
- Fulfil ITSM platform-related service requests
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and plan and follow up actions for permanent resolution
