Job Description
The International Financial Controller will participate to all recurring controlling activities such as Group companies’ and consolidated yearly budget, monthly reporting and forecasts, while undertaking ad hoc financial modelling projects and preparing the respective reporting presentations.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Controller the incumbent will be:
• Preparing and analyzing in a timely & accurate manner the monthly Management Accounts of group companies’ and respective consolidation.
• Reconciliation of Management Accounts with Accounting Records.
• Analysis and presentation of variances between budgeted and actual figures.
• Analysis and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Reasoning and supporting documentation on accounting estimations and accruals preparations recorded in the accounting as well as the Management Accounts.
• Preparation of model financial statements and other financial business models according to management requirements.
• Monitoring and participation to related financial projects concerning the Group Companies abroad
• Guarantee the quality of collected data and information and translate it into business insights
• Cooperating with Group stakeholder’s financial teams and auditors for the preparation of special Group financial reports and the respective commentary

• A University degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A professional qualification (ACCA or IESOEL) or a Master’s Degree will be considered a strong asset.
• Familiar with Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Experienced with financial analysis and KPIs commentary
• Experienced with Business Plan preparation and Mergers & Acquisition projects
• Corporate behavior
• Able to work under pressure responding to continuous deadlines
• Keeping balance between transparency and confidentiality regarding Group’s internal information
• Able to prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheets and P&L accounts and familiar with Consolidation workings and preparation
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
