Contract Manager

• Communicating and negotiating daily with clients,customers, partners and suppliers
• Having cross-functional collaboration with  departments of marketing, project management, law and  purchasing
• Being responsible for contracts’ preparation and management regarding projects’ implementation
• Controlling of subcontractor contracts in cooperation with the project manager and purchasing department
• Collecting and comparing offer calculations based on frame contracts and set records
• Preparing and formulating of offers in cooperation with the marketing department 
• Supporting reporting of post-calculations
• Supporting legal claims against or from contract partners in cooperation with the legal department 
• Preparing and organizing order receipt notifications 
• Working together with the financial department and ensuring the successful  execution of an economic project
• Supporting to formulate risk and risk assessment 
• Monitoring the compliance of commercial and contractual terms

• BSc in Applied Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration
• MSc in the aforementioned fields will be considered as an asset
• Work experience in relevant position of minimum 5 years
• Advanced English Language (verbal-writing) compulsory
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Advanced skills of MS Office
• Ability to relocate in Kalamata (Greece)
