Finance Manager (Ref.3420/FM/ESS/GR)
The Finance Manager will oversee the day to day activities of the Finance and Accounting team ensuring that financial and management reporting is timely, accurate and complies with relevant accounting standards, that robust financial controls and systems are maintained and developed, driving continuous optimization for the finance function.
Principal Accountabilities

Management and development of the Finance and Accounting teams

Supervision and review of accurate and timely financial/ management reporting and

variance analysis

Management of the budgeting and forecasting process and review of the results

Oversee Corporate and Vessel accounting & bookkeeping

Oversee all tax and regulatory compliance issues, ensuring the organization is kept up to date with any changes

Review of full-year statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors

Monitor cash flows and predict future trends

Monitoring performance of divisions and departments versus budget/forecasts

Ad-hoc financial reports and analysis

Ensure implementation, maintenance and development of all necessary financial controls, policies and procedures

Providing necessary documentation for SOX compliance to auditors

Management of the Finance function continuous improvement process, including recommending and implementing operational efficiencies and improving working practices
