Where you’ll work:
The Food & Beverage department is responsible for providing superb guest service in the areas of food preparation and delivery whether be it in a buffet or in an a la carte restaurant, in a lobby bar or in a beach and pool bar. All guests are timely and professionally served and this could range from seating them to preparing orders and from receiving payment to providing a clean environment.
What you’ll do:
You will supervisefood and beverage activities of your outlet andprovide customer experiences which aim to exceed their expectations. In brief:
• Coordinate and supervise the entire operation of the restaurant
• Participate in the menu preparations, selling policy and food tasting
• Supervise/Monitor health and security standards are met
• Greet customers, handle all requests and complaints with an exceptionally professional manner; establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly basis
• Participate in the recruitment process and train new and current employees
