About the Role
Being a Customer Experience Representative at Beat means you’ll be the face of Beat and the most important point of contact for the drivers working with us. This is a front office role focused on serving Thessaloniki taxi drivers face-to-face. Providing technical assistance, carefully guiding drivers on how to download and successfully register on the Beat platform, training them on how to offer excellent services to passengers, are just some of the main responsibilities of this role. You’ll be providing exceptional support, ensuring that issues occurring are resolved promptly and efficiently as part of our top performing Customer Experience team.

What you’ll need to do day in day out: 

  • Provide support to drivers as soon as they arrive at the driver center 
  • Assist drivers with their on-boarding to the Beat platform 
  • Train drivers on how to use the Driver App 
  • Provide first level of technical assistance to drivers 
  • Ensure drivers offer the top quality of service to Thessaloniki passengers 
  • Ensure that the front office area is tidy & presentable, with necessary stationery and material 
  • Triage issues and escalate them to Customer Experience or to the Operations Manager 
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies 
  • Ensure the proper use of system tools, manage issues, provide support 
  • Good problem solving and active listening skills 
  • Build loyalty among our drivers and Beat

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What you'll need to have: 

  • 2+ years of experience in face-to-face Customer Support or Customer Experience or similar positions 
  • Undergraduate studies, preferably in Business Administration, will be a strong asset 
  • Excitement about new technologies. Υou are passionate about web & mobile apps and an expert user of smartphones 
  • A truly positive attitude and customer oriented mentality 
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure 
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent Command of Greek and English language both oral and written
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (store hours) and/or weekends only if needed
