ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, leading in its sector, is looking for Multilingual Speakers to join the Customer Service team in one of the biggest multinational companies.
The ideal Candidate should:
- Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers regarding the tracking of their orders and other queries.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
