Retail Expert (Maternity Cover)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational & technology company, is in search for a Retail Expert, to support the Marketing & Store Activities for a fixed term project.

Job Description:
The Retail Expert is the contact point between HQ & Retail Store. Moreover, the right incumbent will be responsible for the Strategy on a store level.

More specifically, the job holder will be responsible for:
• Having meetings with Category & Store Managements to present the varieties of the Tools of the Company
• Being the Central Point of Contact for all the related topics (this includes: e-mail, phone, & personal communication)
• Training & Development of the Personnel on the newest products & technologies in the store
• Performing workshops with Sales People on new products
• Engaging to participate in an Online Training Platform and motivate the people to do trainings on a regular basis

• University Degree on a related field (Marketing, Business Administration/Management)
• Master’s Degree on a marketing or business management related field, will be an asset
• 1-2 years working experience in an organized Sales Environment
• Great Numerical & Analytical Skills
• Great Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking – hands on skills
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and writing skills of the English language
