We are looking for a: Client Service Agent - Bonotel

Job brief

As a client services agent, you will provide assistance to our client’s customers by inputting reservations, confirmations and special requests into the reservations system, including liaising with hotels, guests and tour operators via email and phone to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


● You are the go-to person for our international customers about our products and services
● You are a fixer. You provide solutions to customer needs for hotel accommodations
Roll-up your sleeves. You process reservations, modifications and cancellations. You answer phones and distribute calls throughout the company.
Smile and dial. You
○Provide first call resolution relating to in-house customer issues.
○ Communicate with tour operators and hotels on any and all reservation questions, rate requests or potential reservation issues
○ Communicate special request from operators
○ Process rate inquiries and accurately calculate and quote to customers
Mum’s the word. You maintain company confidentiality

Requirements:

Been there. Minimum of two years selling vacations, timeshares or as a reservations or front desk agent preferred. Previous hospitality/hotel experience preferred. Previous customer service or guest service knowledge required
Accuracy. You know that difference lies in the details and you pay attention
● Strong Organizational Savvy
General non-techie knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel, MAC/PC Proficiency
● Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
● Data Entry Skills
● General Math Skills
Day and night availability. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts; including overnight in a 24/7 environment
● Foreign languages knowledge. We would love it if you are bilingual
