Your main accountabilities
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up all guests’ requests
- Be fully informed about the daily movement of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and
rest functions)
- Visit restaurants and bars during operation hours in order to assess and monitor guest satisfaction and report all guest feedback Manage guest relations team to ensure they comply with all standards and operating procedures
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
- Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Enhance a teamwork environment, leading by example
