We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Senior Business Analyst (Ref: SBA019)

The Senior Business Analyst’s responsibilities involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on the performance of the business. You should also be able to utilize the monthly reports to identify business areas in need of improvement always maintaining confidentiality.

Your main accountabilities:

• Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business
• Conducting research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and helping to introduce them
• Present to senior leadership to improve awareness and overall understanding of Profit data and the benefits it provides
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
• Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market

Your main qualifications/Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, private equity, banking, project finance.
• University degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Prestigious institution, MSc or MBA with Finance component strongly preferred
• Strong financial analysis and modelling experience in valuation and investment appraisals
• Experience in understanding, reviewing and contributing to financial statements as well as financial structures
• Experience in translating data in business story-telling
• Exposure to cooperating with senior management
• Proficient in MS Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, v-lookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and rest of MS Office suite

• Proven research, analytical and modelling skills
• Proven business acumen and quick understanding of the Greek hospitality landscape
• Superior understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies
• Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to operate cross-functionally
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• High resilience to time pressure and time accountability on deliverables
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English 

Differentiators

• High GMAT scores would be considered as a great advantage
• M&A / Transaction advisory experience would be considered as a plus
