As a
Marine Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare customers tenders, contracts, credit reports request.
- Maintain the commercial relation of the customer portfolio. Manage and negotiate customer tenders, contracts and revisions.
- Responsible of the coordination of the office
- Develop customer prospection, define commercial strategy by assessing profitability through internal IT tools and develop clear communication internal within our organization and external to our customers.
- Collect and analyse market information. Report on a monthly basis about office results and KPI reports, follow-up of the competition and the markets.
- Study the market prices, conditions and the market evolutions.
- Operate on a daily basis in full respect of the delegation authorities. Apply and promote the group policy.
- Provide and ensure after-sales services, meet customers’ needs and always inline with industry development.
