SENIOR HR GENERALIST

Your profile
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our expanding HR team and support our Group HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Group HR Director to design, propose enhancements and continuously improve our HR processes.

He/she will be responsible for the build-up and the effectiveness of all critical people-related functions, such as recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, organizational design. Your main goal will be to promote our company culture, design & implement core HR policies and procedures, manage talent, and cultivate the desired climate among our people across all educational branches of the Group.

You will be also acting as trusted HR advisor:

  • Coaching and developing our managers to lead high-performing teams and grow our people.
  • Coaching and advising managers and employees on a variety of issues impacting employee experience, including organizational design, workforce planning, recruitment & selection, performance management, people and team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and employee relations concerns
  • Actively participating in the creation and documentation of core processes with a focus on automation & standardization
  • Analyzing HR metrics/KPIs and providing relevant reporting to the Group HRD in line with the HR strategy.

Your Skills & Abilities

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as a HR generalist/HRBP/HR Advisor roles
  • BSc in HR, Economics, or Business Psychology related field. Other academic background is also welcomed based on relevant HR working experience.
  • MSc Degree in the HR Management field.
  • Very good understanding of specialist HR areas, mainly: L&D, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B, Organizational Design, Payroll knowledge will be a strong advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek employment legislation and current regulations.
  • Hands-on experience of HR related software (HRMS, ATS etc.).
  • Excellent Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability & willingness to make an impact in a fast-paced educational environment.
  • Ability to build things from scratch and make a positive difference on people and teams.
  • Working with confidentiality and discretion on sensitive data is considered a must.
  • An extrovert personality that cultivates and builds trust among colleagues and multiple stakeholders.
