Airport Representative (Ref: IAR/AE023)


Job Information
Resort: Ikos Aria
Location: Kos, Greece
Department: Sales & Marketing
Contract: Full Time / Seasonal

Your main responsibilities
  • Handle guests’ arrival with pick up requests and arrange the transportation
  • Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and direct them to transport facilities
  • Stand by at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival
  • Assist with guests’ luggage when required
  • Provide information regarding the hotel facilities to guests and assists them into the car
  • Ensure that all VIP and VVIP guests are welcomed at the airport and that their transportation is arranged
  • Inform Reception Manager, Concierge or Guest Relation Officers when a VIP arrival is on the way to the hotel
  • Direct guests whose transfer has not been arranged by the hotel, to the recommended taxi or limousine
  • Accompany guests to the official car rental when requested and mediate with authorized car rental staff
  • Write in the logbook all additional instructions for guests or information about guests’ arrival/departure and update this information in the respective arrival list of each airport rep
  • Report any changes on arrival or departure flights to the Front Office Manager and Chief Concierge
  • Report to the Front Office Manager and discuss any issue you might come across in case the supervisor is absent
  • Cultivate and maintain close relationships with all official sectors at the airport, airline personnel, immigration, and customs officers
  • Maintain a spirit of teamwork among the hotel’s personnel

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Proven relevant experience in the Hospitality industry or guest/airport management
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in a second language between Russian or German or French or Spanish
