ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a global provider of Shipping Transportation Services through its ownership of dry bulk vessels, is seeking for a Cyber Security Officer to developed of any cyber security strategy and information security framework.
Cyber Security Officer (Ref. 5530/CSO/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities: - The development and implementation of the company’s cyber security strategy,policies, standards, processes, procedures as may be necessary for compliance with policies or any legal obligations, in support of business and ICT objectives
- Ensuring the implementation, enhancement, monitoring and enforcement of the cyber security policies and supporting all cyber security systems and controls
- A comprehensive corporate wide cyber security program to ensure that all information resources are adequately protected against current or future, internal or external threats
- Contact with relevant authorities, special interest groups and/or other specialist cyber security forums and professional associations
- Manage the overall budget for cyber security
- Conduct the investigation of breaches of cyber security controls and/or policies, and take necessary action
- Ensure the that appropriate followup is conducted for security violations, and supports disciplinary and/or legal processes where necessary
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contractual obligations, as well as works with the business to align cyber security controls with business objectives
- Develop, deploy, and maintain an Enterprise Cyber security Architecture (EISA) that meets the current and future business needs
- Assess and manage cyber security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, and ensure that adequate safeguards and/or mitigations are implemented to protect company’s information resources
- Provide cyber security consultation services and recommend methods to mitigate cyber security risks, threats and/or vulnerabilities
- Coordinate the development and implementation of a cyber security training and awareness program
- Regularly report on the overall status of the cyber security program and the maturity of cyber security within the company
- Provide oversight of the Cyber Security Operations within the company
