Night Auditor

The Reception is our center of operations. The guests’ experience starts and ends here. We are looking for people who understand that the Front Office in the spearhead of Customer Service!

The Night Auditor shall always provide exceptional services so as to give the customers a positive and memorable experience, while performing the respective administrative duties.    

• Extensive professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
• basic understanding off all Hotel Operations’
• basic Management skills in terms of resource allocation, logistics and finance,
• fluently spoken and written Greek and English (more languages appreciated),
• experience in 4 or 5-star Front Office of minimum 3 years, 
• any certificates in Hospitality or related fields are appreciated,
• deep understanding of Hospitality and Customer Service (e.g. etiquette, feedback handling, suggestive selling)
• ability to work with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point Of Sale (POS) systems and all Microsoft office applications,
