ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek company which produces, imports and distributes innovative healthcare products, is in search of a
Pharmacy Sales Representative.
Job Description:
The job holder will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmacists in an assigned region and more specifically: in the city center of Athens, the Argosaronic Gulf, Argolida and Korinth.
More specifically the selected candidate will:
- Serve as main point of contact between the company and its clients (pharmacies)
- Execute plan to fulfill sales targets and business unit objectives, ensuring optimum coverage of current and potential customers
- Assess potential of prospective clients, including information on sales opportunities and their progress to closure, as well as negotiate favorable sales terms
- Demonstrate high ethical and performance standards with all business contacts, in order to maintain excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community
- Share insights obtained from customer interactions cross-functionally
- Identify business opportunities, trends, barriers in the assigned region
- Develop action, risk mitigation plans and monitor implementation
- Work closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams
