Job description:
- Warmly greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders accurately, ensuring each guest's unique preferences are met
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide attentive service, anticipating and responding to guest needs
- Contribute to an environment where excellence and hospitality shine in every detail
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints gracefully and efficiently
- Be punctual of attendance to each shift in the proper uniform
- Completing all established set-up duties on time as well as following restaurant opening & closing procedures
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel or a la carte restaurant
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Greek & English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros is a plus
