Exports Coordinator (Oinofita Viotias)
Job Description
• Organizes, plans and tracks all order processes
• Provides Customer Service – emails and phone calls to Greek and foreign customers
• Logs the orders in the ERP system and keeps clients updated about their orders
• Handles foreign orders and customs office procedures
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position
• Diploma from Institute of Vocational Training or Bachelor’s degree from University/TEI
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• PC literate (MS Office and ERP systems)
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
