Senior Manager-Human Capital Consulting Division (Ref. 5643/SMHCC/ESS/GR)
Profile:
As a Senior Manager in Human Capital Consulting, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic HR consulting services to our clients. You will lead a team of consultants, develop tailored human capital solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of projects that enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage human capital consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, leadership development, organizational design, change management and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to design and execute workforce planning, succession planning and performance management initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support the sales process and showcase our expertise and capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing our consulting methodologies and service offerings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Cooperates closely with the other two divisions of the company: Executive Search and Selection and Training.
