Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort is a five-star Resort located on the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast between the towns of Balchik and Kavarna. The management would like to recruit for the season 2017, an experienced and skilful professional for the position of Chef.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparation of all foods;
• Quickly prepares all assigned menu items food products as ordered, by using Production Sheets and approved recipes;
• Anticipates orders to assure timely preparation and service while minimizing over-production and waste;
• Ensures that all dishes are presented to the highest standards;
• Follows HACCP procedures and practices;
• Maintains the kitchen unit and equipment in accordance with company standards and statutory regulations;
• Ensures that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety Law for all staff, visitors and customers;
