Your main responsibilities
• Follow the department strategy and be a role model to staff to ensure the department offers a consistent top-quality service
• Make sure all plans are adhered to and followed, this includes policies, planning, activities and experiences and support the manager to leading and training the team
• Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary
• Be creative, make sure each session is fun, engaging and stimulating for the little guests
• Support the manager with day to day administration including bookings, updating of databases and correspondence
• Manage complaints following policies and procedures
• Provide and maintain inventory and audits of resources and services and control the stock of art materials and consumable equipment
• Liaise and cooperate with Hotel Managers, Sports & Recreation, Entertainment and F&B departments to ensure smooth running of department services and guest experience
• Ensure all childcare team members follow policies, procedures and relevant health and safety regulations
• Be on call for advice to support team members
