HR Coordinator (Ref: SIH/HRC023)

Office Location: Resort Premises | Halkidiki, Greece

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

General Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the HR Coordinator is to apply the HR practices and policies agreed by the business and to implement the HR strategy of the Group. The main task during the off-season would be to ensure a continuous and successful recruitment progress to achieve maximum filled positions before the season opening. During the season, the HR Coordinator should be working closely with GMs and dpt. Managers to understand the needs and areas of improvement within Operations. Working closely with all HR functions, he/she shall contribute to the overall effort to provide an employee experience of the highest standard, reflecting the Group’s culture, values, and ethos.

Your main responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Resort Management teams delivering efficiently all HR-related processes
  • Report HR data to Senior HR Manager
  • Liaise with Talent Management team and Hiring Managers in Operations to ensure efficient and high-quality coverage of vacancies during the recruitment period and send the agreed employment offers to successfully select candidates
  • Discuss candidates’ suitability with the hiring manager and send offers
  • Maintain ongoing communication with perspective new hire candidates to make sure they will eventually join the company as agreed in the accepted offer
  • Follow up on offers sent, provide clarifications, and prepare the employee files in cooperation with the HR Administration Officers
  • Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
  • Collaborate with the HR Accommodation Manager to coordinate the allocation of the appropriate accommodation to the seasonal employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and labor regulations
  • Coordinate arrival of all seasonal employees
  • Assist HR Admin team during on-boarding and off-boarding periods
  • Conduct exit interviews with seasonal employees
  • Pay regular visits to every department in Operations to get feedback from department managers and staff
  • Complete the work accident report in case of a work accident

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior experience in HR Operations, Hotel Operations or similar role in a large-scale organization would be an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • HRM systems experience such as Pylon is required
  • Knowledge of Ergani would be much appreciated
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Team working skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Capable to work productively under pressure and with strict deadlines
  • Prioritization and Multitasking performance skills
  • Reliable and capable to handle sensitive information
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be much appreciated
