Your Tasks

Communicate with European customers to update order statuses and manage delivery schedules

Process orders, applications, and requests accurately

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication

Handle claims and ensure timely resolution within set deadlines

• Native-level or professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Sales Back Office
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage order processing efficiently
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of international logistics processes is a plus

• Salary: €1,200 - €1,600 gross/month (based on experience & qualifications)
• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week remote)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
