Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Route Settlement Specialist
(Schimatari, Voiotia)
Job Description
• Communicates with the warehouse, checkers, and drivers in order to ensure that all the necessary documents are received so as to complete the settlements
• Finalizes the daily sending of all necessary documents to the R/S BSO team to complete the settlements through scanning
• Interacts with warehouse, transportation companies and BSO Account Receivables to get all necessary information for the finalization of the shipments
• Handles physical documentation
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• High School Diploma or University Degree
• Experience as a Route Settlement Specialist or in a similar position will be appreciated
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• PC literate
• Experience and knowledge of SAP system is advantage
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team Spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
