Investment Analyst

lmw is seeking a committed Investment Analyst on behalf of a leading international hotel investor. The position is based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a wide range of different investment projects related to the hotel and tourism business
• Execute in depth financial and other business-related analysis to compile management reports, such as cost analysis, financial projections for new investments, business activity reports, P&L, capital expenditure analysis, customer satisfaction analysis, etc.
• Actively participate in Asset Management meetings and perform presentations to the board and partners
• Directly report to the Senior Asset Manager and the Regional Senior Director

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or similar; Master’s degree will be a plus
• 4+ years of working experience in a similar role, performing analysis for a wide scope of business-related issues
• Fluency in English
• Expert use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent reporting skills
