We are
looking for an Area Sales Supervisor Northern Greece who is highly motivated
and results-driven to join our team. The responsibilities of the field manager
include hiring, training, and overseeing our field representatives, supervising
our 3PL partners and wholesaling sub-distributors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and motivating Field
representatives teams. Set in up Monthly KPIs and Targets by area and
Sales person in terms of Value & Volume Sales – Returns and cash flow
management by area
- Assigning territories, schedules and
implement company strategies by geographic area – territories and
channels
- Monitoring the performance of the sales
team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collecting customer feedback and providing
updates to senior management
- Responsible for the Modern Trade stores –
3Pls partners – Triangular Sales and Wholesaling Channel as well
- Traveling to potential and existing
customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and
build brand awareness
- Developing and sustaining long-term
relationships with customers
- Implementing a sales management process to
assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and
prospects
