Περιγραφή

We are looking for an Area Sales Supervisor Northern Greece who is highly motivated and results-driven to join our team. The responsibilities of the field manager include hiring, training, and overseeing our field representatives, supervising our 3PL partners and wholesaling sub-distributors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and motivating Field representatives teams. Set in up Monthly KPIs and Targets by area and Sales person in terms of Value & Volume Sales – Returns and cash flow management by area
  • Assigning territories, schedules and implement company strategies by geographic area – territories and channels
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
  • Responsible for the Modern Trade stores – 3Pls partners – Triangular Sales and Wholesaling Channel as well
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Βusiness, Μanagement, Αdministration, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred (ideally 1-3 years)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
