MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki , for the season of 2022

Guest Relations Supervisor
(code : GRS 22)

The Role: Guest Relations Supervisor’s responsibilities include greeting guests as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel’s facilities. He/She will also make sure our guest relations staff, offer stellar guests service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.

Duties and responsibilities:

  •  Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
  •  Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
  •  Promptly address guests’ requests
  •  Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  •  Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
  •  Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve guests concerns
  •  Inform guests of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options
  •  Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  •  Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
  •  Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports
  •  Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
  •  Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  •  Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
  •  3-5 years minimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitality strongly required
  •  Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly.
  •  Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
  •  Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage work load using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position.
  •  High knowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered a must.
