Building Management System Operator / Technician (Ref: TH/BMS023)

Your main responsibilities
- Monitor daily BMS operation and modify MEP system conditions for the SIG resorts.
- Create and edit time schedulers for automated operations.
- Perform alarm and event management generated by the software daily.
- Collect live trends and historical data to justify preventive or corrective maintenance actions to the FM team.
- Cooperate with FM Team to implement corrective measures on faults and alarms. Follow-up the issues to ensure repairs.
- Operate the request ticketing system and provide first point of contact user support to maintenance staff of all SIG resorts
- Create rules for ticket routing and prioritize tasks between multiple Resorts
- Log and categorize the number of requests per discipline (Pool heating, HVAC, Kitchen ventilation, lighting etc)
- Escalate software bugs and malfunctions to the BMS maintenance contractor for resolution
- Perform database maintenance at the project level.
- Report to the ESG Facilities Manager
