Workplace location: Client’s offices in the City Centre of Athens
Working Hours: Monday to Friday on shifts (08:00 - 16:00 or 12:00 - 20:00)
Job Description
The Call Centre Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the Customer Support Advisors to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department.
More specifically the job holder:
• Supports the Customer Support Advisors with calls as appropriate to minimize guest waiting times and resolve queries or complaints
• Ensures the effective and efficient running of the department
• Is a pro-active member of the Call Centre Team and support all calls
• Ensures that the Call Centre KPIs are met
• Collates, analyses and utilizes all statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the Call Centre team
• Takes responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of any direct reports
• Delegates tasks as and when appropriate to team members to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department
• Develops staff through coaching, advice and motivational techniques to help the team to maximize their potential for revenue development
• Fosters good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams
• Attends all department and staff meetings as well as training sessions
