A fast-growing courier company with 15+ years of presence in package delivery, is looking for a talented and experienced Operation Manager to be responsible for overseeing the overall activities of Operations Department. In this role, you will be keeping track of all operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Establishing and monitoring the general policies and procedures of operation department
• Responsible for managing the human capital of the department
• Overseeing the successful completion of daily deliveries in collaboration with the team leaders (dispatchers)
• Responsible for the vehicle fleet management
• Management of operating costs
• Suggesting and implementing the financial budget of operations department
• Generating and analyzing reports to increase efficiency
• Communicating with relevant departments of our customers for service-related matters
