Job description
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
- Upsell drinks and bar items to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.
Position requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a bartender
- Skills: strong mixology skills, knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: fluent in Greek and English; additional languages a plus.
- Attributes: outgoing, attentive, and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality
