Registration Assistants

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of EASO, an agency of European Union, acting as the centre of expertise of asylum, for dynamic professionals to cover the following positions: Registration Assistants.

Job Description
• Support the processing of international protection applications by third country nationals, and follow certain tasks related to the relevant detailed Standard Operating Procedures under the supervision of the Greek Asylum Service;
• Implement data entry/registration of asylum claims into the Asylum Database;
• Take fingerprints, as part of the registration of the asylum claims into the Asylum Database;
• Manage documents/Scan/Archive;
• Upload scanned documents on the Asylum Database;
• When appointed, support the daily and long term planning of registrations and interviews and act as focal point and liaison for registrations and overall planning of interviews;
• When appointed, perform quality control and any coordination, supervision and reporting tasks concerning the implementation of registrations;
• Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges;
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.

• University degree – preferred and advantageous;
• Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks will be an advantage;
• Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
• Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web based applications;
• Excellent intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills.
