Front End Trainer

Tech Pro is a reskilling and upskilling academy focusing on offering the Tech/IT alternative to STEM graduates’ vocational rehabilitation. Tech Pro operates in full time bootcamps of 360hours in person training delivered both by academics but also by trainers assigned by the sponsoring companies. All in person trainings are delivered to YMCA building in Thessaloniki. 

For our 1st bootcamp, starting on Monday 13 February 2023 we are looking for: A part-time Instructor on Front End.

Requirements: ·

• BSc or/& MSc in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related degree 
• Relevant PhD Studies 
• Excellent and certified knowledge of Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, NodeJS) 
• Excellent knowledge of English Language (written & spoken) 
• Teaching experience in BSc level in Greek or foreign Institutions 
• Experience in Educational use of Information Systems 
• Engaging student-centered teaching method with the ability to offer multiple teaching experiences with different media 
• Must have knowledge and experience in applying adult learning principles. 
• Manage all classroom issues and communicate with training coordinator any non-manageable classroom issues
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter expert to determine teaching style and understanding of curriculum.

Other required skills: 

• Use of Back-End technologies in the context of Commercial tool/product implementation 
• Certifications in Back-End technologies by certified providers 
• Patience, consistency, team player 
• Professional and academic networking 
• High sense of responsibility 
• Willingness to support student success and prepare students for employment in the workforce 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
