As a Interim Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for the full operational leadership of the customer care department. In detail you will:
  • Monitor and improve processes in order to increase key customer’s satisfaction to the maximum
  • Develop customer care goals and coordinate with the team to meet high service level standards, leading by example and training
  • Ensure your team is fully motivated to achieve best performance and meet company’s goal
  • Prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities in a proper efficient way by empowering your team to take initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to drive improvement in all internal processes simultaneously
  • Propose new innovative strategies to improve the customer care and satisfaction with respect to company's values
  • Reassure the department operates in accordance with company's commercial policies department
  • Supervise and manage outsourcing call centers partners monitoring quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Manage key customers requests, complaints and business as usual issues
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
  • Manage the approved budget of the customer care team and the day-to-day reporting
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For the Interim Customer Care Manager role, you have to demonstrate:
  • 5 - 8 years’ of experience in managerial customer care roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft office
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • Self-motivational skills and an ability to lead a customer care team
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving skills able to come up with new ideas
  • Organizational and planning skills to develop customer care policies
  • Good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with customers
  • A commitment to improve your customer care skills on an ongoing basis
