CRM Specialist

Job Description
- Plans, coordinates, and executes CRM campaigns across various channels to engage customers and drive retention.
- Creates and manages customer journeys based on different customers segments, ensuring personalized and targeted communications.
- Αnalyzes customer data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conducts A/B tests on various campaign elements to determine the most effective strategies.
- Creates regular reports on the performance of CRM campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in CRM Campaign Management.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for campaign execution, automation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
