Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provides technical consultation and expertise to company’s clients 
• Conducts on-site client operational and systems analysis 
• Identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities 
• Analyzes processes with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future customers’ needs; optimizing & further automation of business processes 
• Designs, implements, and maintains clients’ systems and ERP applications configurations, customizations, parameterizations, upgrades aligned to processes and procedures to meet evolving business needs 
• Ensures all processes and supporting technology remain consistent while simultaneously meet the client specific requirements. 
• Provides applications/systems support for clients

Required Education & Qualifications : 

• University graduate in Finance or Information Systems 
• 3-4 years relevant working experience in the areas of Business, Financial and Information Technology processes. 
• Hands on experience and in depth knowledge of ERP applications software 
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes 
• Strong understanding of systems capabilities and processes 
• Excellent knowledge of commercial & accounting management processes 
• Excellent Knowledge of English language (verbal/written) 

Skills 

• Knowledge of SQL query Personal attributes 
• Strong communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal) 
• Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and strong critical thinking skills 
• Ability and experience efficiently executing project tasks and a track record of producing deliverables under tight release deadlines 
• Strong Project Management Skills 
• Strong Leadership Skills 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in multi-task environments
