Billing Associate

Job Description
• Generates monthly billing and invoices ensuring they are in accordance with the contract specifications
• Controls the platform of delivering invoices to external partners and customers, ensures they are received and handles relevant pending issues
• Cooperates with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee processes
• Maintains accurate records in various databases and prepares relevant reports
• Maintains thorough follow up with customers

Candidate Profile
• University degree in Economics, Finance and Business Administration
• Working experience 2-3 years in Billing & Collections
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (mainly Excel) and experience in using ERP
• Experience with DSO Management
• Strong client service mentality
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Efficiency and strong-results orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
