As an HR Manager you’ll take the ownership of KFC Greece vision to be the best for Training & Development and the Great Place to Work. Its primary purpose is to drive a People strategy that’ll enable explosive new unit growth and exceptional customer service across the region, being the subject matter expert on all HR related systems, tools and processes and through your authentic, high impact coaching and influencing skills to be able to deliver strong results across key people performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

  • Attract and retain the top talents, place the right people in the right place, drive the internal talent pipeline, communicate the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Analyze and identify development needs for Above Restaurant Leaders, drive ARL capability through effective coaching and leadership development support, ensuring that core skills are developing at all levels and Restaurants
  • Ensure the management optimums (restaurants fully staffed across 3 tier management structure)
  • Lead the implementation of a world class Restaurant Training.
  • Drive Assistant & Restaurant Management capability through effective coaching and training, including class-room training LAS and LAR
  • Ownership of Total Reward compensation and benefits strategy that informs, retains and engages talent at all levels of the business in partnership with General Manager, Finance and Operations
  • Establish and/or implement effective engagement plans to ensure awareness, utilization and long term embedding of key strategic HR initiatives
  • Promote high levels of employee engagement, well-being, and personal integrity across the organization
  • Align with the Operations all areas of the people process to ensure quality of appraisals, mid-year reviews and rewards.
  • Champion bringing to life of our ‘How We Win Together’, “People Promise” and Recognition culture across all levels, so it makes a difference in every restaurant
  • Help set the tone for the organizational culture, perpetuating the company's corporate vision
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Company and a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Partner with the Above and In Restaurant Leaders to manage the People Plan Review process for the company and to minimizing Employee Relations issues
  • Report the HR KPIs to HR KFC CEE.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate:
  • Is a lively, outgoing character with a strong sense of humor and an upbeat, positive, enthusiastic personal style.
  • A practical operator with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Has the ability to work in a team and to manage challenging situations.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at the most senior levels of the organization, to effectively work and communicate with people at all levels within the organization
  • Acquires thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Has at least 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • Has a Master degree in a Business related subject – preferable on the specific field Human Resources
  • Ability to travel outside Greece
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential (Other languages will be advantageous)
  • Advanced command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
