E-Commerce and Revenue Manager

Position Summary
The E-Commerce and Revenue Manager will be responsible to manage and maintain all online revenue streams and related systems, including Fidelio, PrimalRes, WebHotelier, Swapsystems, SLH and all extranets of the OTAs (Destimo, Booking, Expedia, Hotelbeds etc.) for all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy, maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in all electronic channels in a timely manner and promote rate parity throughout all booking channels
- Load all preferred, consortia and promotional rates in GDS and PMS
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity; spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any rate loading issues as they occur
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
- Monitor overbooking levels and opportunities daily; continually monitor booking pace and respond to unexpected variances
- Design and implement annual e-commerce plan
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis; analyze independently and determine whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels
- Manage all aspects of rate and inventory management as outlined in the contracts
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Be responsible for the web pricing and competition analysis
- Conduct research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies and deliver top performance as well as achieve KPI’s
- Apply all best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
- Implement changes on the back office systems regarding special offers and allotment reports towards constantly improving booking journey and increasing conversion
- Cooperate efficiently with the reservations department to ensure that online pricing and availability matches perfectly real time pricing and availability
- Monitor website design and content; work closely with marketing department
