Main Responsibilities:
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Ensure kitchen, restaurants and bars inventory for functions.
• Work alongside the Sales Department regarding groups and banquet special requests. This might include proposals, estimated and actual function statements, assist in menus planning and pricing.
• Ensure full compliance to HACCP, SOPs, policies, procedures and brand hotel standards.
• Ensure that all kitchen, restaurant & bar areas, as well as furniture and equipment, are always clean and well maintained.
• Ensure employees’ professional attitude and meeting company appearance and uniform standards.
• Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Manage on-going profitability of the F&B dept., ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Recruits, trains and evaluates the performance of F&B staff.
• Co-operate with Procurement dept. to plan and order the supplies needed, according to forecast.
• Hold regular meetings to overview performance and propose corrective actions.
• Develop improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
• Ensure that decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Required Qualifications:
• Professional experience in 4* or 5* hotels.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Degree / diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Ability to develop and analyze P & L, Food Cost statements and relevant reports.
• Working experience with Micros, Fidelio, Materials Control.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly experienced in following HACCP regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Greek and English.
