MEP Engineer (Ref: CRE/MEPE023)

Job Information

Office Location: Crete, Greece
Department: Development
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate MEP designs
  • Provide support to the premeasurements team
  • Provide support to the cost estimation team
  • Continually control the progress of studies, works and supplies
  • Provide support to the projects’ budgets estimation
  • Inspect the time-schedules during the designs and the project’s execution
  • Take necessary action so that all technical data is provided to the competent consultants and contractors
  • Provide support for the payment orders for the involved parties
  • Coordinate with the team members

Your main qualifications/skills

  • MSc in MEP Engineering
  • 5 to 15 years of working experience in a related position
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong command of MS Project
  • Excellent command of AUTOCAD
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical understanding of engineering to solve issues
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
