MEP Engineer (Ref: CRE/MEPE023)

Department: Development
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities- Review and evaluate MEP designs
- Provide support to the premeasurements team
- Provide support to the cost estimation team
- Continually control the progress of studies, works and supplies
- Provide support to the projects’ budgets estimation
- Inspect the time-schedules during the designs and the project’s execution
- Take necessary action so that all technical data is provided to the competent consultants and contractors
- Provide support for the payment orders for the involved parties
- Coordinate with the team members
Your main qualifications/skills
- MSc in MEP Engineering
- 5 to 15 years of working experience in a related position
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong command of MS Project
- Excellent command of AUTOCAD
- Fluent in English
- Analytical understanding of engineering to solve issues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
