The Spa Manager shall manage Spa operation according to our culture and standards; organize and control all administrative and technical (therapeutic) tasks, while inspiring an alternative approach towards well-being to the customers and giving them a positive and memorable experience.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Extensive professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
- Operations’ and Management skills in terms of resource allocation, logistics, leadership, training and finance,
- fluently spoken and written Greek and English (more languages appreciated),
- experience in the field of Spa and Wellness of minimum 5 years and Management of minimum 2 years,
- any certificates, degrees and licenses in Physiotherapy, Aesthetics, Massage, Spa Management etc. are appreciated,
- deep understanding of Hospitality and Customer Service (e.g. etiquette, feedback handling, suggestive selling)
- knowledge of market standards (e.g. prices and trends),
- exceptional knowledge in the field of health, wellness and spa treatments as well as used products,
- ability to work with Point Of Sale (POS) systems and all Microsoft office applications,
- extensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
