Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for information, services, directions and special needs within appropriate time
- Book activities, meals, transportation, flowers, amenities and special requests from the reservation department, as required by current and future guests
- Maintain accurate records for tracking all bookings and reservations
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date inventory of directions, suggestions, brochures, menus currently available in the region
- Establish and maintain a strong professional working relationship with the guests and facilitate their needs (restaurants, theatres, transportation and retail operations)
- Become a reliable, accurate and up-to-date conduit for information flow between the hotel guests/staff and any mediator.
- Provide support to other departments for information on activities, reservations and special requests
- Maintain and coordinate the cleanliness of the concierge area
- Facilitate the Long Stay and Repeat Guest Recognition programs
