Our beach club is the center stage for gathering, lounging by the pool and sharing food with friends. It is the perfect setting to ease into the changing rhythms of the day. So, we perceive it as a place of “ritual”; we want to raise the basic need for food and drink in a special, colorful and spicy hospitality experience!

The Maitre shall control the operation of the Restaurant’s “front-of-the-house” while providing to the customers a positive and memorable experience. 

• Extensive professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
• Operations’ and Management skills in terms of resource allocation, logistics, leadership, training and finance,
• fluently spoken and written Greek and English (more languages appreciated),
• experience in the field of Gastronomy of minimum 5 years, and Restaurant Management of minimum 1 year,  
• any certificates in Food & Beverage or relevant fields are appreciated,
• deep understanding of Hospitality and Customer Service (e.g. etiquette, feedback handling, suggestive selling)
• ability to work with Point Of Sale (POS) systems and all Microsoft office applications,
• extensive knowledge of general Health & Safety as well as HACCP or ISO 22000 standards.
