Customer Service Representative (Italian & Spanish Speakers)

Job Description
• Manages incoming calls and serves existing accounts
• Provides information to customers through the whole ordering process
• Participates in sales process by presenting the company’s services to new clients
• Maintain positive business relationships with customers

Candidate Profile
• Experience as Customer Service Representative
• PC lite rate
• Advanced use of English & Italian language (both oral and written)
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for travelling both in Greece and abroad
