A 5* Hotel in Kriopigi Halkidiki are looking to hire a Maitre D' Hotel

(Seasonal occupation)

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism, with excellent Food and Beverage knowledge
• Work experience in the same position, preferably in 5* hotels
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of the German language will be considered as an asset
• Managerial & organizational skills
• Manage and train staff, monitor their performance and ensure team members consistently maintain high levels of appearance and customer service
• Teamwork spirit with positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills
• Multi-tasking and flexible, able to work efficiently under pressure
• Planning special events, banquets and conventions and coordinate their execution
• Keep track of the stock supplies and make sure health and safety regulations are met
• Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments (Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Supplies etc.)
• Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software
