- Overview all daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency and high-quality productions
- Guide, train and develop staff including direct reports (Sous Chefs, Chefs De Partie)
- Create and monitor budget for all outlets of responsibility
- Provide direction for menu development
- Monitor quality of food products to ensure all standards are met
