Join Our Team: Project Manager (Construction) – Gundari, Folegandros
About Us
Gundari is a new luxury resort in Folegandros, combining high
aesthetics, respect for the environment, and a unique hospitality experience.
As part of our growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and
deliver hotel renovations, expansions, and the construction of villas within
the resort. The work
base is in Athens with regular travels to Folegandros.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate
and supervise villa construction projects from design through to delivery.
- Oversee
contractors and construction teams, ensuring top quality and attention to
detail.
- Manage
project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate
with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Provide
continuous progress reporting and propose process optimizations.
- Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Hands-on mentality and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools.
- Very good command of English.
- Background in hospitality/tourism construction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality/tourism development projects.
- Familiarity with BIM or other modern design/management tools.
- Experience working with international teams.
