Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot on issues that affects people/team performance

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Job Requirements:
  • Fluent German
  • B2 level English
  • 1-2 years of working experience in customer service environment in a similar role
  • High level knowledge of Windows/MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously/independently
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Capability to understand complex reporting and convert numbers into an action plan
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
